I work at the intersection of culture and tech, building campaigns that feel real and last beyond an event or a scroll. I focus primarily on integrated marketing and event strategy, but I also have a habit (and a self-taught skill set) in AI-assisted development, operational and financial architecture, and re-building the tools that are dragging creativity behind slow-moving admin.
Currently, I design national marketing campaigns at Red Bull, leading partnerships and occasion-based strategy cross-functionally across the U.S. I lead product positioning campaigns at high impact cultural moments: the Latin GRAMMYs, New York Fashion Week, Coachella, & more. Before that, I was at PepsiCo, VAS3D, Saks Fifth Avenue, and JUV Consulting, picking up e-commerce, GTM strategy, and creative project management along the way.
Outside of brand campaigns, I run EarthByHui, an independent photography business I built end to end, self-learning every tool from HubSpot to Claude Code to Meta Ads to promote a healthy print shop. I also book clients for wedding/engagement, graduation, and creative photoshoots, as well as freelance in marketing consulting and event production.
In my free time, you can catch me surfing the Pacific, cooking extravagant dinners for friends, or editing photos from my most recent spin around the world.
It's nice to meet you.
feel free to reach out, I'd love to chat.

EMO impressions and activation counts by relationship tier. Hover any tier for its totals and top artists.
An activation featuring artists from more than one tier counts toward each of them, so tier totals can overlap.
Artist agreement for titled content or events, product seeding & integration, and an artist-relation budget.
Coverage posts grouped by the account that published them, ranked by attributed impressions.
Long-term artist partnerships. 8 activations across 3 regions, all confirmed. Key artists: Bad Bunny, The Weeknd, Kaytranada.
Cost-per-KPI is total tracked spend divided by the matching KPI, across the 51 activations with spend logged. Lower is more efficient.
Strip out impressions attributable to owned/titled programs to see the artist-alone picture.
Logged impressions laid over the Red Bull BC One and Dance Your Style USA event schedule — regional cyphers, qualifiers and finals. The deep band is the portion attributed to titled projects.
Log an activation so its KPIs roll up into the Command Center. Add one row per metric.
